How to Be A Consignor

Consignor (Seller) Numbers will be available online,

through this website, beginning at 

9:15am sharp on Saturday, January 30, 2010.  

Follow these steps exactly to register properly!!  Have these printed directions available so you will be ready on Saturday morning.  Please read through this FIRST, and then click below to get started.

1. Register to be a seller.  If you are a new seller, click HERE to register.  If you are a returning seller, click HERE.  Please note:   Whether you are a returning seller or a new seller, there should only be one number per family.  When registering you will be required to enter your name, address, phone number and email.  There will NOT be a waiting list for consignor numbers this sale.  PREVIOUS SELLERS, IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSOWRD PLEASE CLICK HERE TO RETRIEVE IT.
2. Select a merchandise drop-off time. After you register and receive your seller number, you will see a "Consignor Menu", where this is an option. If you missed it, you can click HERE.
3. If you would like to work a shift during the sale (lots of early shopping perks for workers!), click HERE to sign up for a work shift. Please note:  the Tuesday 6-9 AND Saturday 1:30-4:30 volunteer shifts DO NOT HAVE CHILDCARE AND REQUIRE LIFTING!!!
4. You will need to enter the items you want to sell into the inventory system.  Click HERE to begin.
5. Want to be notified of future sales and newsletters?  Click HERE to be added to our mailing list.
6. To register your child for complementary childcare in a loving, Christian environment during your volunteer shift, please email laanursery@hotmail.com.   Please include your name, work shift, children's names with ages and phone number.  Please note:  the Tuesday 6-9 AND Saturday 1:30-4:30 volunteer shifts DO NOT HAVE CHILDCARE AND REQUIRE LIFTING!!!

Once you receive a Consignor Number online, you MUST attend one of the following Orientations to learn about our new barcoding system for your number to be ACTIVATED!

 Consignor Items to Remember:

• A registration fee of $5 is required to offset expenses of the sale. Sellers may work a shift and pay the $5 registration fee, OR may choose NOT to work a shift and pay a $20 fee.  Click HERE to see the available shift dates and times or click HERE to sign up for one or more of the 3 hour shifts.

• Sellers must have a minimum of 50 items and a maximum of 150 items

• We strongly recommend that sellers use the option to reduce some (or all) of their items to HALF off if they haven't sold by Saturday. It can only increase your check and reduce the number of items you take home after the sale!

• Please remember that the success of the sale depends on having items to sell. If you are unable to use your seller number, PLEASE email lilangelsatticsale@hotmail.com or call 270-843-3942 EXT 137 and leave the information in our voice mail.

NOTICE:  Any seller that tries to sale any

item (clothing, shoes, toys, baby gear,

ANYTHING) that has been RECALLED and/or

that is LISTED on the CPSC website

(www.cpsc.gov) will be required to PAY ALL

FINES AND PENALTIES as required by law

and WILL NEVER BE A SELLER with Lil'

Angels Attic in the future.

It is the seller's responsibility to look up any

items which may be recalled on the CPSC

website (www.cpsc.gov).

If you are unable to get a Consignor number, please email us at lilangelsatticsale@hotmail.com stating that you would like to be added to the waiting list.  Please include your name and phone number.  You will be added to the wait list in the order in which the emails are received.
